Information we collect
- Basic analytics information (such as pages visited and general device/browser details), if analytics are enabled.
- Information you provide voluntarily (for example, if you email us).
- Account information: When you create an account on our CRM platform, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and other profile details you provide.
- Business information: Information related to your business, funding applications, deals, documents, and communications entered into the CRM platform.
- Authentication data: We use Supabase for authentication and store session tokens and encrypted credentials securely.
Google API data
Our CRM platform integrates with Google Workspace services (Gmail and Google Drive) to provide email and document management features. When you connect your Google account:
- We request access to read, send, and manage your Gmail messages (gmail.readonly, gmail.send, gmail.modify scopes).
- We request access to create and manage files in your Google Drive (drive.file scope).
- We request access to your basic profile information (email address) to identify your account.
- Google API data (emails, attachments, Drive files) is used solely to display and manage your communications and documents within the CRM platform.
- We store only your OAuth refresh token and connected email address. We do not store the contents of your emails or Drive files on our servers — they are fetched in real time from Google's APIs when you access them.
- We do not sell, share, or use your Google data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than providing the CRM functionality you authorized.
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the CRM settings, which revokes our access.
Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and CRM platform.
- To send notifications related to your account, deals, and messages within the CRM.
- To prevent abuse and keep the platform secure.
- To facilitate document management, e-signatures, and communications on behalf of your organization.
Data storage and security
- Account and CRM data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies.
- Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls per tenant.
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Each organization's data is isolated by tenant and not accessible by other organizations.
Data retention
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
Payments
If you choose to make a payment, you can send funds via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle. We do not process or store your payment card/bank details on this website.
Third-party links
Our website and platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
