1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and MannyD.dev Software Solutions ("MannyD.dev", "we") for the MannyDtv app on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and CarPlay. By installing or using MannyDtv you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app from the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What MannyDtv is
MannyDtv is a media player with a sports score center. It plays content delivered by an IPTV subscription that you already hold with a third-party provider of your choosing, and it displays sports scores, schedules and statistics from public data sources.
MannyDtv does not sell, offer, host, transmit, index, link to or recommend any channels, streams or video content. The app ships with no content. Nothing in the app, on this site or in our communications is an offer of television programming.
3. Your provider and your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the IPTV service you connect, for its terms and fees, for the content it delivers, and for making sure you have the right to receive and watch that content in your location. We have no relationship with your provider, no control over what it delivers, and no ability to verify its content or licensing.
You agree not to use MannyDtv to access content that you are not authorized to receive, and not to use the app in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
4. No affiliation
MannyDtv is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any sports league, team, competition, broadcaster, network, channel or IPTV provider. Team and league names, logos and marks appear for identification only and belong to their respective owners. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc.
5. Sports data
Scores, schedules, standings, statistics and related information are obtained from publicly available, free-to-use sports data sources and are provided for personal information and entertainment only. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and they may stop being available without notice. Do not rely on them for wagering or any decision with financial consequences.
6. MannyDtv Pro, subscriptions and payments
Playback is unlocked by MannyDtv Pro, offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription, an auto-renewing annual subscription with a free trial, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Apple processes all payments; we never receive your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy; request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Pro unlocks playback inside MannyDtv only. It does not include, provide or pay for any channels or any IPTV service.
7. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MannyDtv on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the app except where the law allows, and you may not use the app to break the law, to interfere with any service, or to circumvent any technical protection.
8. Recordings and local features
Recordings, favorites, reminders and settings are stored on your device. Recordings are for your personal, private use only, to the extent your provider and the law permit. We do not store or receive them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
MannyDtv is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any stream will play, that any score is accurate, or that the app will work with any particular provider.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MannyD.dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of MannyDtv, your IPTV provider, or any content delivered through either. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for MannyDtv Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing.
11. Termination
You may stop using MannyDtv at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these terms. Sections 3 through 5 and 9 through 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to the app and these terms
We may change or discontinue features of MannyDtv, and we may update these terms. The current terms are always posted here with their effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable consumer law gives you other rights.
