What will your FERS pension pay?
FERSWorth estimates your federal retirement: when you can go, your basic annuity, the survivor and health premium deductions, and the FERS supplement until 62. Every figure has an info button with the rule behind it and the official OPM source.

Your retirement, in plain English
The FERS rules are spread across handbooks, charts and fact sheets. FERSWorth puts your own numbers through them and shows its work.
When you can retire
Your minimum retirement age (MRA) from your birth year, the earliest date you can leave with an unreduced annuity, and what retiring at MRA with 10 years costs, with the option to postpone.
Your basic annuity
High-3 times 1% (or 1.1% at 62 with 20 years) times your creditable service, including unused sick leave and military service with the deposit paid.
Survivor and health premiums
The full or partial survivor reduction and your FEHB premium, plus an optional withholding percentage, for an estimate of what lands in your account each month.
FERS supplement until 62
The bridge payment many retirees get before Social Security, from your own Social Security estimate, including the earnings test if you keep working.
What changes at 62
When the supplement stops and cost-of-living adjustments begin, so the drop and the raise are not a surprise.
Every number explained
Tap the info button on any figure for the rule, your numbers run through it, and a link to the OPM page it comes from.

Regular FERS retirement, done carefully
Version 1 covers voluntary retirement for regular FERS employees. Where a rule is open to interpretation, FERSWorth picks the conservative reading and says so in the app.
Not covered yet
Special category retirement (law enforcement, firefighters, air traffic controllers and others), disability retirement, CSRS and CSRS Offset, and employees who transferred from CSRS to FERS. The app asks up front and shows a clear message instead of numbers that would be wrong.
Part-time service
Part-time service changes how the annuity is computed, period by period. FERSWorth flags it and points you to your agency for an exact figure.
Yearly figures with dates
Values that change every year, such as the latest COLA and the Social Security earnings limit, ship with the app and refresh automatically. The app shows the date of each.
Not taxes
FERSWorth does not compute federal or state income tax. You can enter your own withholding percentage for a take-home estimate.
Estimates only. FERSWorth is not affiliated with OPM or any government agency. Confirm with your agency's HR/benefits office or OPM before deciding. FERSWorth is an independent app made by MannyD.dev.
